Portsmouth Football Club is an English football club based in the south coast city of Portsmouth. The club is nicknamed Pompey , sometimes called 'The Blues' and their fans known as 'The Blue Army'. They play in the Premier League. The club is currently owned by the Franco-Russian-Israeli Alexandre Gaydamak. They are the current holders of the Barclays Asia Trophy and the FA Cup.
